1. Thickness 3mm-200mm, one-time molding:


The conventional size of traditional organic fiberboard is 10-60mm, too thin board has no strength and is fragile; too thick board will not dry well and will easily become moldy and deformed, forming a "cotton core".


The non-calcined inorganic board, with its high density and easy-to-dry characteristics, is extremely thin and thick without deformation while ensuring the high quality of the fiberboard.


2. Very low organic content, <1.45%


Traditional organic fiberboard has an organic content of 7-9%, which is easy to absorb moisture and mildew, and it will catch fire and smoke at high temperatures.


The non-calcining inorganic board uses high-quality inorganic glue to achieve extremely low organic content, avoiding the smoke and fire problems in the use of fiberboard.


3. No calcination, no smoke, taste, no discoloration at high temperature


In order to achieve a smokeless and colorless state at high temperatures, traditional organic boards must be made into finished products, then calcined a second time and dipped again. The organic content is still high, and the internal strength of the fiberboard cannot be guaranteed.


Because of its high-quality inorganic glue formula, the non-calcining inorganic board does not need to be calcined twice, and it is formed at one time, so it is truly smokeless, tasteless and colorless.


4. High strength, can do any engraving


Due to the characteristics of silica sol, traditional organic boards cannot be formed into high-density fiberboards at one time. They must be made into finished products and then dipped again. The internal strength of the fiberboards cannot be guaranteed.


The non-calcining inorganic board can be formed at one time, with a density of 400 and above. The strength is the same inside and outside, and it can be carved into any desired shape at will.


5. No mildew, no waste water in production, environmental protection and energy saving


Traditional organic board production uses starch, which is prone to mildew; the waste water produced causes unavoidable pollution to the environment.


The production of non-calcined inorganic board does not produce waste water, and it is recycled. It is truly energy-saving and environmentally friendly, and contributes to the progress of mankind.
