Production process:
Ceramic fiber cotton is made of high-quality hard clay clinker, melted by resistance furnace, and made by blowing or spinning.
Characteristics of spun fiber cotton:
Long fiber, low slag ball content, low non fiber material content, untreated, long fiber produced by spinning process
Characteristics of fiber cotton injection:
No lubricant, no treatment, low slag ball content, short fiber produced by jet spinning process.
Product application:
Raw materials of fiber blanket, fiberboard, fiber paper and fiber textiles
Raw materials of fiber spray coating, castable and coating materials
Filling materials for high temperature kiln, heating equipment, wall lining gap and high temperature corner gap
